Service Areas
Where We Drive in Washington State
Seattle Limo Service covers 37 cities across the Puget Sound — from Everett and Snohomish down to Olympia and Fort Lewis, and from Bainbridge Island and Bremerton across to Snoqualmie. Plus Sea-Tac, Boeing Field, Paine Field and both Seattle cruise terminals, with fixed fares and live dispatch 24 hours a day.
Quick Answers
The four things callers ask about our coverage — answered plainly.
What areas does Seattle Limo Service cover?
We serve 37 cities across western Washington, from Everett and Snohomish in the north to Olympia and Fort Lewis in the south, and from Bainbridge Island and Bremerton in the west to Snoqualmie and Fall City in the east. That includes Seattle, Bellevue, Bothell, Kirkland, Redmond, Sammamish, Issaquah, Renton, Kent, Tacoma, Puyallup, Lynnwood and Woodinville.
Do you pick up from Sea-Tac Airport and the cruise terminals?
Yes. We cover Seattle-Tacoma International (SEA), Boeing Field (BFI) and Paine Field (PAE) including the private aviation terminals, plus Pier 91 Smith Cove and Pier 66 Bell Street cruise terminals. Airport bookings include live flight tracking and complimentary wait time.
Do rates change depending on which city I'm in?
Yes, but you always know the number first. Fares are distance-based and quoted as one fixed, all-inclusive figure — chauffeur, fuel, tolls and standard wait time — confirmed in writing before you travel. A Sea-Tac transfer is $89 to downtown Seattle, $105 to Bellevue and $145 to Everett in an executive sedan.
Will you travel outside your listed service areas?
Often, yes. We regularly run long-distance trips to Portland, Vancouver BC, Leavenworth, Mount Rainier, the Olympic Peninsula and the Cascade ski resorts. Call (206) 615-5466 with your destination and we will quote the journey as a flat fare.
One Region, Learned Properly
The Puget Sound is not one city, it is a dozen that happen to share a traffic system. A pickup in Medina behaves nothing like one in Puyallup, a Bainbridge Island job lives or dies by the ferry timetable, and a Redmond campus run at 4 p.m. is a completely different problem from the same trip at 10 a.m.
That is why we publish our coverage city by city rather than claiming to serve "the greater Seattle area" and hoping. Each of the 37 cities on this page is somewhere our chauffeurs drive regularly, where we know the hotel entrances, the venue loading zones and the honest travel times rather than the optimistic ones.
Ten years and more than 15,000 completed rides sit behind that local knowledge, and it is the reason a 99% on-time record holds up in February weather as well as on a clear August morning.
Our Coverage, Region by Region
Six areas across King, Snohomish, Pierce, Kitsap and Thurston counties.
Seattle & In-City Neighbourhoods
Downtown, Belltown, South Lake Union, Capitol Hill, Queen Anne, Ballard, Fremont, Magnolia, West Seattle, Georgetown and Columbia City. We know the towers with workable loading zones and the streets that gridlock after a Lumen Field event.
Eastside Tech Corridor
Corporate campuses, Bellevue hotels, Woodinville tasting rooms and lakeside homes. Travel times here hinge on the 520 and I-405, so we build the real traffic picture into every pickup rather than a map estimate.
North Sound
Paine Field departures, Edmonds and Mukilteo ferry connections, and Everett business travel. Early-morning runs south to Sea-Tac are a daily routine for our chauffeurs.
South Sound
Tacoma conventions, JBLM arrivals and departures, Puyallup fair weekends and state capitol business in Olympia — all within easy reach of Sea-Tac on a fixed fare.
Kitsap & the Islands
We coordinate around Washington State Ferries sailings from Seattle and Edmonds, or drive around via the Tacoma Narrows when the schedule or your luggage makes that the smarter option.
Mountains & Wine Country
Snoqualmie Falls and the Salish Lodge, Woodinville's four tasting-room districts, the Cascade foothills and onward day trips to Leavenworth, Mount Rainier and the ski resorts.
