Quick Answers

The four things couples ask us first about wedding transportation — answered plainly.

How much does a wedding limo cost in Seattle?

Wedding limousine packages start at $895 for four hours in an 8-passenger stretch limo and $1,195 for six hours in our deluxe stretch with red carpet and ribbon trim. Guest shuttles are $165 per hour in a 14-passenger Sprinter and $195 per hour in a 24-seat mini coach. Every quote includes the chauffeur, fuel, tolls, parking and staging time.

How many hours should we book a wedding limo for?

Four hours covers a straightforward ceremony-to-reception day at one venue. Six hours is the most common booking and allows for a first-look shoot, a scenic photo stop and an unhurried arrival. Eight hours suits weddings with separate venues or an out-of-town location such as Woodinville, Snoqualmie or Bainbridge Island.

When should we book our wedding transportation?

Six to eight weeks ahead for most dates, and three to six months for Saturdays between June and September, when Seattle, Woodinville and Snoqualmie venues fill first. A deposit holds the specific limousine and chauffeur named on your contract for your date.

Do you shuttle wedding guests as well as the bridal party?

Yes, and most weddings use both. A limousine carries the couple and wedding party while one or more Sprinters or mini coaches loop guests between the hotel block, the ceremony, the reception and home. Both run on a single timeline and appear on one quote and one invoice.

The Car Appears in Every Photograph

A wedding day is a timeline held together by small margins. The photographer needs twenty minutes at Kerry Park, the ceremony cannot begin without the couple, and sixty guests are standing outside a Bellevue hotel waiting for something to arrive. Transportation runs through all of it, and it is judged entirely by whether it disappears.

So we plan it like logistics rather than car hire. Guest counts become loop times. Venue loading zones are checked before the day. The limousine is staged ahead of the first movement rather than dispatched when somebody calls. And one coordinator holds the whole run sheet, so when the speeches run twenty minutes long there is a single person to call and a single decision to make.

Ten years and more than 15,000 completed rides across the Puget Sound sit behind that judgement — which Woodinville venues can take a 24-seat coach down their driveway, how long the Snoqualmie run really takes on a summer Saturday, and which downtown hotel entrance loads sixty guests fastest in the rain.

What Every Wedding Booking Includes

Four things that are standard on our wedding packages rather than charged as extras.

Red Carpet at Every Stop

The carpet is rolled at the ceremony and the reception, with the chauffeur holding the door before anyone reaches for a handle.

Tuxedoed Chauffeur

Formally dressed, licensed and background-checked, trained in dress and train handling, umbrellas and complete discretion.

Backup Vehicle on Standby

A second limousine of the same class is held in reserve on your wedding date, so a mechanical issue never becomes your problem.

Ribbon, Ice and Glassware

Floral trim, ribbon, chilled bottled water, ice and glassware fitted and stocked before your very first pickup.

Every Movement of the Day

The six runs we build into most Seattle weddings, timed around your planner's schedule.

Getting Ready & Photos

Collection from the hotel or family home, with waiting time built in for the photographer's first-look and group shots.

Ceremony Arrival

A timed arrival at the ceremony door with carpet down, so the entrance happens exactly when the planner calls it.

Photo Stops Between Venues

Kerry Park, the waterfront, Gas Works Park or the vineyard lawn — routed with realistic drive times and parking sorted.

Guest Shuttle Loops

Scheduled runs between the hotel block, the ceremony and the reception so no guest hunts for parking in formalwear.

Rehearsal Dinner

Family and wedding party collected the evening before, with the vehicle waiting so dinner never feels rushed.

Getaway & Late Runs

The couple's departure car, plus late shuttle runs returning guests to their hotel after the last dance.

Build Your Wedding Fleet

Most weddings mix two or three of these — a limousine for the party and shuttles for the guests. Every vehicle is inspected, detailed and sanitized before your date.

Wedding Limo Questions, Answered

Direct answers to what couples, families and planners ask us most. Anything else, our dispatch desk is staffed 24 hours a day.

What is included in a wedding limo package?+
Your chauffeur in formal dress, the limousine named on your contract, fuel, tolls, parking, staging and waiting time, red carpet at each stop, ribbon and floral trim, chilled bottled water, ice and glassware. Nothing is added afterwards — the figure you approve is the figure invoiced.
Can one limousine cover both the wedding party and the guests?+
Rarely, and we will tell you honestly when it cannot. Most Seattle weddings pair a stretch limousine for the couple and wedding party with one or two Sprinters or a mini coach looping guests between the hotel and the venue. Both run on the same timeline and one quote.
How many guests can one shuttle move per hour?+
As a planning rule, a 14-passenger Sprinter moves roughly 40 guests an hour on a short hotel-to-venue loop and a 24-seat mini coach about 70. Send us your guest count and arrival window and we will model the exact vehicle mix and loop times for you.
Do you decorate the wedding car?+
Yes. Ribbon, floral trim and 'Just Married' signage are fitted before your first pickup, and red carpet is included on deluxe packages at no extra charge. Confetti, glitter and anything adhesive are not permitted inside the vehicle as they incur a cleaning fee.
What happens if the ceremony or photographs run late?+
We build buffer into every wedding run sheet, and on hourly bookings the chauffeur simply waits with no separate waiting charge inside the booked hours. If the day runs past the booked time and the vehicle is free, extra hours are added at the same rate and dispatch approves it on the spot.
Can we view the limousine before booking?+
Yes, and we encourage it for weddings. Call (206) 615-5466 to arrange a viewing at our downtown office at 1420 5th Ave, and we will have the exact vehicle named on your contract ready to inspect inside and out.
Do you serve wedding venues outside Seattle?+
We cover all 37 Washington cities we serve, including Woodinville wine country venues, Snoqualmie and the Salish Lodge, Bellevue and Kirkland waterfront venues, Bainbridge Island, Gig Harbor and Tacoma. Travel time to out-of-town venues is included in the quoted package.
Can guests drink champagne on the limousine or shuttle?+
Guests aged 21 and over may enjoy sealed beverages in the rear cabin of our limousines, Sprinters and party buses. We stock ice, glassware and bottled water. Open containers are never permitted near the chauffeur, and we card anyone who looks under 30.
Is a deposit required, and can we reschedule?+
A deposit secures the specific limousine and chauffeur for your date and is non-transferable. Weddings rescheduled more than thirty days ahead can usually be moved to another available date — call dispatch on (206) 615-5466 and we will work it through with you.
Are your wedding vehicles licensed and insured?+
Seattle Limo Service is fully licensed in Washington state and every vehicle carries commercial liability insurance. We supply certificates of insurance naming your venue as additional insured whenever their contract requires it.
